Ariana Panzarino is a transactional attorney who focuses on commercial/residential real estate transactions, business transactions and estate planning.
Ms. Panzarino earned her undergraduate degree from DePaul University and her law degree from The John Marshall Law School. During law school, Ms. Panzarino completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Anna Helen Demacopoulos in the Chancery Division of Cook County. She also served as a member of the John Marshall Moot Court Honors Council and The John Marshall Law Review. She held various research, teaching assistant and mentor positions throughout law school. In addition, she is certified in Mediation by the Center of Conflict Resolution and has mediated various small claims cases.
Prior to joining Trivedi and Khan, Ms. Panzarino was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael T. Mullen in the Chancery Division of Cook County. As a Judicial Law Clerk, Ms. Panzarino researched complex legal issues and drafted judicial opinions related to real property disputes that have since been upheld by the Appellate Court of Illinois.
She currently serves a volunteer mentor for The John Marshall Law School’s Alumni Mentor Program, as well as the Judicial Law Clerk Mentor Program, Bridge to Practice.
