Mark Maloney

Mark Maloney is an attorney primarily focusing on commercial and civil litigation. Mr. Maloney graduated Magna Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. During his time at Seton Hall University, Mr. Maloney was a manager of the 2016 BIG EAST tournament championship winning men’s basketball team. Earning his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, he founded the Loyola Sports Law Negotiation Team and served as Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to joining Trivedi & Khan, P.C., Mr. Maloney worked as a law clerk for a business technology consulting company and a litigation attorney.

Mr. Maloney is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
