Avai’s legal experience spans several areas, including commercial, employment, intellectual property, and tort disputes. He has represented clients in both federal and state courts, handling a wide range of cases, including breach of contract, partnership and fiduciary duty disputes, fraud, and real estate matters. His diverse legal background allows him to navigate complex legal issues effectively.

Avai received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University Chicago in Marketing and Advertising. He earned his law degree in 2018 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he was an active member of the Intellectual Property Bar Association, further developing his extensive expertise in Intellectual Property Law.
