Chandé Dusina is an associate attorney at Trivedi & Khan, P.C. Her practice focuses on a variety of transactional matters, with an emphasis in commercial and residential real estate transactions, and contract/business law.
A graduate of University of Michigan, earning her bachelor’s degree in History, Chandé was distinguished as a James B. Angell Scholar for academic excellence. She went on to earn her juris doctor degree at DePaul University College of Law, where she mastered in Intellectual Property. While in law school, Chandé interned at a Fortune 500 company with the in-house counsel. During her internship, she assisted in drafting and negotiating various contracts such as commercial leases and vendor agreements, as well as data privacy matters, federal regulation compliance, and trademark and copyright allegations.
Prior to joining Trivedi & Khan, Chandé worked as a contract attorney for litigation matters involving complex opioid pharmaceutical lawsuits.
Chandé is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
